GoLet is a company that was incorporated in 2007 but had its foundations laid some 20 years ago. With more than 40 years of property development and rental experience in our office we are well equipped to deal with anything you might need. Initially we dealt only with residential property but have now branched out to include commercial and light industrial. Predominantly Sheffield based (although we do carry property in Leeds and London) we have a great deal of experience in dealing with the student market. The difference between us and most other property agents is that we own our own properties and therefore have a vested interest in the upkeep of them and the satisfaction of our tenants. When you pick up the phone to talk to someone at our office you know you are dealing with the landlords directly and not through a third party. Hopefully all this combines to give you confidence in renting with us!
